1. Fabric Defects: If you notice a fabric defect, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this 12-hour period will not be considered, and Inspira Shapewear will not be responsible for any defects reported after this timeframe. We conduct a thorough final check of all products before dispatch to minimize the likelihood of returns.

2. Worn Products: Please be aware that once a product has been worn, the guarantee on zippers, hooks, and elastic bands will be voided. If the product is improperly worn or handled, it may lead to damage, which is not covered by our return policy. For your protection, we recommend inspecting the product upon receipt and notifying us of any defects within the established time frame.

3. No Exchanges for Color, Size, or Style: Due to the nature of intimate apparel, we do not accept exchanges for changes in color, size, or style. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of our products.

4. Exchanges for Factory Defects Only : The only instance in which an exchange will be authorised orized is if the product has a factory defect. We encourage customers to check their items carefully upon receipt and to report any issues related to manufacturing defects within the specified time frame.

5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

6.Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return based on our hygiene and safety standards. Please ensure you review our guidelines carefully.
