How long does shipping take?


At Inspira Shapewear, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

- Australia: 7 to 10 business days

- International: 6 to 8 business days for major countries and 8 to 11 business days for all other destinations.

-Customer is responsible for ALL duties & taxes upon receipt of the product.  INSPIRA SHAPEWEAR  does NOT pay for any international duties & taxes. 

If you are shipping to or ordering from outside Australia, the customer will be responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. 

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding.


How much does shipping cost?


We offer  standard free shipping for purchases over $250 AU . All orders from Inspira Shapewear are subject to shipping fees, which will be calculated during the checkout process. The final shipping cost will depend on factors such as destination, package weight, and the shipping method you choose.


How can I track my order?


Once your products are shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your order number and tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipment status and estimated delivery date directly on the carrier's website.


We suggest you check the status of your order during that time. If over 3 days have gone by and you still cannot track your order, please contact us using the information provided below.


What can I do if I am not at home when the order arrives?


If you are not home when the order arrives, the carrier may leave it with any person of legal age at the registered address. If no one is available to receive the order, The package will be taken to your nearest post office for pickup.


What can I do if my package has not been delivered or takes longer than usual?


In different delivery companies, the shipment status may take 1 to 3 calendar days to be updated on their website. If you notice that your package has not been delivered or is taking longer than expected, we encourage you to check the status on the carrier's site. 


Can I cancel an order?


Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations. If your order is already being fulfilled, we are unable to stop it. Please review your order details carefully before placing it. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for more information.


How can I modify the shipping address?


If your purchase has been confirmed, we cannot modify the order details, including the shipping address. We recommend contacting our customer service representatives as soon as possible for assistance. 


Attention: If your order has already shipped, it will not be possible to change the address. Please contact us for further assistance.
