What is the return policy?
We want you to love your shapewear! If you purchased the wrong size, we offer exchanges for a different size. To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that the product is in perfect condition, clean, and has all tags attached without any damage. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
When will I get my order?
SHIPPING
- Free AUS Shipping on orders over $150+
- Available for all orders made before 1pm AEDT, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Domestic Shipping
For customers within Australia, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated transit time: 2-8 business days
- Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 AUD
Express Shipping
- Estimated transit time: 1-4 business days
- Cost: $15 AUD
International Shipping
For customers outside of Australia, we offer Standard International shipping
- Estimated transit time: 6-15 business days
